It's been 12 years since TONI&GUY Brisbane opened it's doors, moving from Adelaide Street to Edward Street in 2004. Since 1997 TONI&GUY Brisbane has ‘raised the stakes’ in Queensland hairdressing through an unmatched passion to education, creativity and listening to our clients needs.
Having originally started their TONI&GUY careers in the Brisbane salon, Andre and Sandra Faiva returned to Brisbane in 2002 after 3 years working as both Art Directors and Educators for TONI&GUY Australia. Sandra Faiva now leads an exciting international team of Hairdressers in servicing our loyal and wonderful clientele, with a focus on communication, teamwork and continued technical excellence through ongoing education across all levels.
Renowned nationally and internationally as a team that not only interprets, but strongly leads in current hair fashion trends. Our leading salon directors travel to London once a year as part of TONI&GUY's major sponsorship of London Fashion Week. Working along side the worlds leading hair stylists and designers our salon directors are part of the team that sets the trends for world over. With inspiration and leading techniques in hand these staff are then responsible for motivating and educating the team in our regular in salon Art Team training nights ensuring all staff are up-to-date with the latest cutting and colouring techniques.
Our team regularly educates other hairdressers from around the state in the Brisbane TONI&GUY Academy also located at Edward Street. Both Sandra and Andre are members of the Australian Artistic Team and regularly appear on stage for TONI&GUY in Australia and with TONI&GUY's international Art Team in London.
We offer real value for money on all services and guarantee that our team offers customer service that is second to none. The most common complaint from any person is "my last hairdresser just didn't listen". Our true point of difference is not how well we cut and colour hair, but how well we listen and communicate throughout every client consultation. We focus our training not only on the technical aspects of hairdressing, but on the true essence of any great relationship 'communication'.
