Toni&Guy reserves the right to temporarily or permanently, modify or discontinue any product or Service (or any part) without notice to you. You agree that Toni&Guy shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or discontinuance of a product or Service.

The colour formulas crafted by your stylist during your appointment are custom-made and tailored specifically for your hair, taking into account factors like your hair’s condition, your desired outcome, and unique characteristics. These bespoke formulas are proprietary to Toni&Guy and are a testament to the expertise and creative expression of our stylists.

As such, Toni&Guy retains ownership of these custom colour formulas. We are not obligated to disclose these formulas to clients or any third parties.



We do our best to accommodate each booking request.

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and must be paid at the time of booking. A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required. 

Deposits are applied towards the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment. The salon may in their absolute discretion waive the obligation to pay the deposit. 

To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and fairness to all clients, it is essential that you provide positive confirmation of your booking. Upon making a booking, please note that we require a definitive confirmation from you within a set timeframe. If we do not receive this confirmation, unfortunately, we will have to cancel your booking, and our no-show policy will come into effect


IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT Deposits are non-refundable. If a client is a no-show or if an appointment is cancelled or not rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, then the client forfeits the Deposit. This policy is due to the significant challenge of filling last-minute vacancies, particularly for appointments requiring extended durations, such as colour or extension services. This policy is in place to cover the operational costs and to support our staff financially.



Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification will forfeit their deposit. 

Toni&Guy may restrict clients from making future appointments and may require clients to pay the full cost of their next appointment upfront.



We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, necessitating last-minute appointment changes. In such instances, while we are understanding of the situation, the client’s deposit will be forfeited. Any new appointment may require full payment at the time of booking.



Our aim is to provide an exceptional client experience to all our clients and to ensure we maintain the highest standards possible. If you would like to provide us with feedback or have any questions about your appointment, please contact the salon or our client care at support@toniandguy.com.au within 7 days of your appointment.

If the service provided does not meet your satisfaction, please let us know immediately. We are eager to understand and address your concerns. However, it is important to note that once a service has been provided, we do not offer refunds or credits where the outcome does not align with personal tastes or expectations due to a change of mind. In addition to this, we will not be able to provide you with a corrective service unless you contact the salon or our support team within 7 days.

For clarity and to manage expectations effectively, a comprehensive consultation with our stylists is crucial before any service is undertaken. This allows for an open discussion about the possible results, considering the specific limitations, conditions of your hair and the cost of your service.

Correction Policy

Should there be an issue with the service, we offer a corrective service within 7 days of the original appointment. Any corrective services is contingent on the services received being in accordance with the consultation and the agreed cost. 

We aim to ensure that you receive the full benefit of the services for which you have paid. For instance, if you have agreed upon and paid for a half head of foils and the service is carried out as discussed, a corrective service will not be provided if the result is not as light as you anticipated. On the other hand, if you paid for a full head of foils but received only a half head, then you would be entitled to a corrective service to address the shortfall.


No Change of Mind

Please understand that we do not offer refunds, credits, or redo services if the result does not meet your expectations due to a change of mind post-service. 


Hair Condition Consideration

The outcome of salon services can be significantly influenced by the condition of your hair. Factors such as hair history, texture, strength, and overall health play a crucial role in how your hair responds to treatments. Whilst we guarantee to use our expertise and high-quality products, the final result may vary depending on these inherent characteristics of your hair.


Refunds and Third-Party Costs

Toni&Guy does not offer refunds on services. Toni&Guy will not be liable for any costs you have incurred through third-party services or products recommended by Toni&Guy.


Product Recommendations

Following your service, our stylists may suggest specific products to enhance and maintain the integrity of your hair. These recommendations are tailored to your hair’s needs and are part of our commitment to your hair’s care and satisfaction.



Clients are required to confirm their appointment a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of the appointment by Toni&Guy, allowing us to offer the appointment to another client.

For appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance, clients forfeit the right to cancel; these bookings are considered final and binding. 

If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to reschedule within the permitted timeframe, for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without forfeiting the deposit. To reschedule, please contact us directly through the provided contact methods on our website.



Toni&Guy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages you may experience from using the service or because you can’t use the service, or for the cost of paying for a substitute service or resulting from any products or services purchased or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.



You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Toni&Guy and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
