Your journey will start in the salon with our renowned 6-week Vardar (Latin for To Watch and Learn) program that will give you one-on-one training from our best educators. Is your passion styling or colour? You choose which field you would like to specialise in and we will help you to perfect your craft. Graduate with a certificate that will be your passport to work at any TONI&GUY salon across the globe.
Education is at the heart if TONI&GUY. We offer beginner through to advanced training opportunities, bi-annual state visits and fun Art Team events, yearly company conference and more!

“I began my hairdressing journey with TONI&GUY back in my home country of England, almost 20 years ago. It was the eclectic and creative mix of staff and clients together with the ‘of the moment’ imagery in the salon windows that initially drew me in to enquire about a job.
It was very much the strong brand identity and dedication to continuous education that excited me back then and continues to be the reason I remain with the company 20 years later.
My greatest learnings have been to listen and to be open. I believe the key to success is to be open to change and continuously educate yourself and others. My skill set, my beliefs and values have grown and strengthened over the years by listening to my clients, peers and students and to always be open to learning new things.
When I look to the future, I have no specific goals in mind, other than to continue to adapt to a changing world and to be open to new ways of serving clients and providing world class education to a new generation. I’m fortunate that I get to share this experience and learn from the global family of TONI&GUY hairdressers. I have no doubt that I’ll be here for another 20 years!”
