Paulene Langford first opened TONI&GUY McMahons Point in 1998 and has gone from strength to strength, even achieving the commendation of "Salonof the Year" . The salon has also been recognized numerous times in the past L’Oreal Colour Trophy Awards (two of which were high commendations) for its specialist range of technical services.

'The new technology for beautiful, healthy hair.’ NANOMAX is a professional, prescriptive range of permanent repair treatments for damaged hair and specialist ‘hair enhancing’ treatments that ensure beautiful results on all hair types and textures.
Carried to the hair surface by an incredibly fine mist, our treatments use the latest technology to infuse tiny, nourishing nanomolecules deep into the hair structure that heal, repair, strengthen, protect and shine!
OUR PERMANENT REPAIR TREATMENTS
INTENSIVE, REPAIR and HYDRATE have been especially formulated to permanently repair damage caused by chemical processes such as colour, bleaching, highlights, perms and straighteners, as well as the sun, pollution and every day wear and tear.
NANOMAX treatments can be combined to create a personalised prescription based on your individual hair needs. The best possible results, we recommend an initial course of three treatments. Because your hair grows and damage is continuous, we recommend that the course is followed by regular top up treatments. This will restore the softness, beauty and shine to your hair, so you can always look your best!

KERASMOOTH
Bio Ionics newest treatment option is the semi-permanent KeraSmooth. KeraSmooth lasts up to 3 months and leaves the hair feeling soft and manageable, it’s great for clients who do not want a regrowth. It is suitable for virgin, coloured or even previously straightened hair. It is also fast and easy, no neutralising required so is completed quicker than conventional straightening processes.

Mandy has recently returned back to the McMahons Point salon following a working stint in London for TONI&GUY.
In London she pursued her education further by regularly attending Art Team meetings and taking part in courses on Hair Up and Editorial looks, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Mandy describes this adventure as “allowing me to experience TONI&GUY on a bigger scale, and I am happy to say it opened my mind to bigger things.”
Mandy, who has now been hairdressing for over 6 years now, is excited to be back in the salon where it all began for her and is looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Directing the technical department, Madge has 17years experience with TONI&GUY internationally. Having the longest experience working within the company, Madge has perfected her classic highlighting techniques to give her clientele lustrous, shiny and alluring colours.
Jonni Ward
Senior Technician
Our senior technician has a passion for creating the perfect blonde for you; caramel, ash or sandy gold hues. His experience working with the company for 6 years has taught him how to marry the tones and lightness of your hair to provide a unique colour that suits your fashion and lifestyle. He also specialises in the new KeraSmooth technique, a revolutionary semi-permanent relaxer, straightener and re-texturizer; giving your hair a whole new look in two easy steps.

Rhys has worked for TONI&GUY for the past five years. Along with hair Rhys also has a passion for fashion, bringing you the latest colours from catwalk to client. After working with TONI&GUY in Melbourne Rhys is excited to join the McMahons Point Team
