Salon owner Elke Ferizis is now on the salon floor working 5 days a week working her colour magic, alongside Managing Director and stylist Stuart Freeman.

I have been in the industry for 18 years and have been part of the TONI&GUY team for almost 7 years.
In the last 5 years I have had the privilage as being the owner of T&G South Yarra, building a great atmosphere with diverse staff and amazing clientele.
Most people may not know I started at T&G as a receptionist wanting to take a break from the salon floor as a stylist . That opportunity to take a breather and watch my peers love for hairdressing reinvigorated my passion. I returned to the salon floor not as a stylist but a technician and have never looked back.
The constant flow of creativity always inspires me and our clientele we have is both dynamic and vibrant, there the best!
Outside of hairdressing I love Fashion, Shopping and Food (although I hate raw fish!!!) I've also accidently acquired a secret love of Moet over lunch with friends as well....

I have been part of the TONI&GUY team for over 10 years, partly in the UK and partly in Melbourne. I have been based in the South Yarra salon since being here.
I get my inspiration from cat walks and couture fashion Mags.
I love my clients, the team and I have alot of fun.
In 2009 I won retail sales of the year and in the following year I won stylist of the year, in such fierce competition its something I'm really proud to have achieved!

I have been with TONI&GUY for almost 10 years now. I began working at Davies Street in Mayfair, London at the TONI&GUY flagship salon. Since moving back to Melbourne in 2005 I have been based in South Yarra.
I love the social aspect and I love making people feel better about themselves!
The creative freedom my job offers me is an absolute bonus.
Watching current street trends and the changing of colour palates from the latest couture collections both here and overseas keep me motivated.
Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors, exercising socialising and being in the good company of great friends.
I was the first person in Victoria to be awarded the title Educational Creative Technical Directors.

I love to indulge in retail therapy...and when I'm not shopping?? I spend my time in between exercising, socializing and reading. I have worked for TONI&GUY for 10 years and I love it!!

For me hairdressing is all about colour. I love love love to colour! I started working at TONI&GUY as a 1st year apprentice.T&G are commited to development and progressing forward and have in my opinion the best educators. I am now a qualitfied technician and doing my dream job.
I get my inspiration from 1990's, Grunge and Melbourne's street fashion...Its amazing! Oyster mag and the fashion shows here in Melbourne and overseas as well are also a great way to get inspired.
Outsideof hairdressing I enjoy photoghraphy, live music and chose veganism as a way of life!

Working within an international company with a global reputation I can ask of myself. I feel, I am part of a family not only with the guys I work with but after 3 years at South Yarra I know all our regular clients and they are part of the extented family. Being able to make people feel good and watching them leave feeling extra beautiful is the best motivation to succeed in this career. In 2010 I won apprentice of the year and its something I am very proud of.
The art work on our back wall is me, I get to draw with chalk and I am able to express myself.
I love to paint,it’s all about colours and movement.
