INTRODUCING...
Cristiano
Salon Owner and Style Director
What are your strengths in the salon?
Short Hair! I love the challenge of cutting very long hair to short sexy styles. You really have to create a haircut that will suit the individual client!
What products can't you live without?
Has to be label.m Blow Out Spray, I can't get enough of it! Great product to blow dry and also to be worked through fringes.
Why did you become a hairdresser?
I always wanted to create something special with my own hands! I think we are very lucky as hairdressers because we make people feel great about themselves and therefore we feel great as well!
What inspires you?
My wife Amanda is always an inspiration. As well as International Fashion magazines and different people you might meet each day.

Why did you become a hairdresser?
I find achieving a suitable look on a wearer to be infectious! I havent stopped hairdressing because I love that sense of accomplishment when a client is completely satisfied when they leave the salon.
What is your favourite product?
I love remixing label.m Soft Wax with label.m Matt Paste, it gives separation and brings out texture in hair.
Kerry

What three words describe your personality?
Generous, optimistic and a bit of a fashionist.
List some of your strengths in the salon?
As a colour technician, it is being able to move clients with the trends to keep styles more current, even if it's just a tweak here or there, especially with the change of season.
Why did you become a hairdresser?
It has always interested me as a profession and after seeing an advertisemnt on the side of a tram in Melbourne, advertising TONI&GUY with pictures from their Hair Fusion collection, truly inspired me and pushed me into hairdressing.
What is your favourite product?
label.m Dry Shampoo is a favourite of mine. It's a weightless powder that refreshes hair and reactivates styles without re-washing.
Lauren Waite

How long have you been in the industry?
I have been in the hairdressing industry for over 10 years now, I have always wanted to be a hairdresser, since I can remember, so as soon as I finished school I started an apprenticeship.

I have recently relocated to Australia from the UK and I am loving every minute of it.

My main strength would have to be the passion I have for colour, I love intermixing different colours and tones to make personalised pallets of colour for my clients.
